Established in January 2008, and with over 18 years experience, we strive to educate our clients as to why they need a NOTICE to OWNER, per Florida Statues and the importance of getting it done within the Statutes TIME LINE, in order to preserve their Lien Rights!
A Notice to Owner is sent to ALL parties involved, the Owner, Contractor and Lending Company, therefore assuring the sub-contractor payment from his General contractor. Lenders will not release funds to the GC without a waiver showing the sub-contractor has been paid. Owners also know that if the GC does not pay, THEY become liable!
