The New Hamshire Credit Union League is focused on helping its member credit unions meet the financial needs of the people of New Hampshire. Guided by its volunteer board of directors, the League seeks to accomplish this mission by providing legislative and public advocacy, education and training, product development and operational support. The League also is the primary means through which credit unions share resources and ideas in keeping with the cooperative nature of the credit union movement.

The Professional Development and Information Group wants to help you bring out the energies and talents of your people. It is dedicated to providing your credit union with training for every operational area, from front-line staff to executive management to volunteer leadership. It provides training in a variety of learning formats and delivery channels including conferences, seminars, certificate programs, degree programs, CD-ROM and distance learning products. It provides one-on-one consulting in operations and compliance to address specific issues and problems. And, it provides products and services designed to simplify management and improve organizational effectiveness through employee compensation and performance review programs.

The New Hampshire Credit Union League is committed to helping credit unions stay on the cutting edge of this revolution. The Business Solutions Group is continually analyzing the demands of the market and seeking ways by which credit unions can work cooperatively through the League to fashion effective and efficient solutions. Audit Solutions, Credit & Debit Card Services, Credit Union Direct Lending, Shared Branching and the League’s Consulting Services — Business Planning, Market Research and Technology are some of the programs and services that credit unions can use to meet their needs and the needs of their members without large infrastructure investments to bring systems and expertise in house. These programs and services help credit unions save money, generate business, stay ahead of the competition and, most importantly, serve their members.
